Living room furniture: “Now

We have a ballroom!”

Loving husband dares not say

It’s merely space…(they can’t dance)

To bask in her smile

He’d do anything…hold her

Close and “two-step waltz”

Awkwardly across dull floor

Turned suddenly enchanted
